Shipping Policy

Dispatch

During our launch, we aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days of receiving them. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. If there’s an unexpected delay with your order, we’ll contact you.

UK delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery is estimated to take 1–2 working days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. The time we take to dispatch your order is separate from the time it takes Royal Mail to deliver it.

Delivery costs

Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery is free on all UK orders, with no minimum spend. No delivery discount code is needed.

We’ll send you tracking details when your order has been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or it arrives damaged, please email sales@ourround.uk with your order number. If it’s damaged, photographs of the item and packaging will help us investigate. We’ll look into the issue and help put it right.

Please check your delivery address when ordering. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before dispatch.
