Our Round Winter Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised by Our Round. For enquiries about the giveaway, contact sales@ourround.uk.

2. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Our Round and anyone directly involved in organising the giveaway are not eligible. No purchase is necessary.

3. Giveaway period

The giveaway opens on 11 October 2026 and closes at 8:00pm UK time on Sunday 25 October 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not count.

4. Prize

One winner will receive:

  • One Our Round hoodie.

  • One Our Round beanie.

The winner can choose from available colours and sizes, subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

5. How to enter

To enter, follow the entry instructions on the relevant official Our Round giveaway post. Entries must comply with the rules of the platform used.

One entry per person per platform is permitted. If entering on more than one eligible platform, each valid platform entry will count separately towards the overall draw. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

6. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries across the eligible platforms after the giveaway closes.

7. Contacting the winner

The winner will be contacted by the official Our Round account by direct message within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Our Round reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

The winner's prize will be arranged directly with them. Our Round will never ask the winner to pay a fee to claim the prize.

8. Privacy

Personal information will be used only as necessary to administer the giveaway, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize, in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and Our Round's privacy policy.

9. General

Our Round reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach these terms or involve fraudulent activity. Any changes or cancellation will only be made where necessary and in accordance with applicable requirements.

10. Platform disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. By entering, participants release those platforms from responsibility for the promotion.
